Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges - All Other Merchandise

Please note this policy applies only to items purchased directly through our online shop. For items purchased through any marketplace, the applicable marketplace will preside.

Overview

Our goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us at contact@theblushingtulip.com within 14 days of the shipment date of your order.  In the meantime, please familiarize yourself with the below policies; feel free to reach out to us with any questions. 

Returns

Returns will be processed within 14 days from the delivered date, if the below criteria is met. In order to qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Have been damaged upon receipt,
  • Have obvious manufacturing error, or
  • Be defective.

If any of the above apply, please email contact@theblushingtulip.com with a photo of the damaged/defective item, and we will assist you with your inquiry. We will provide you further instructions, once we receive your email. Please ensure your email includes both your telephone number and a copy of your receipt. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer without first contacting us.  You can reach us atcontact@theblushingtulip.com. 

Please note, in all cases, in order for your item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Sale items

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items and/or items on clearance will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.  All of our items are unique and produced only once ordered. As such, exchanges are not supported at this time. Therefore, before finalizing your order please, carefully review all product details, including size charts. 

Refunds

Once we have received your return and it has been inspected, we will send you a confirmation email where we will indicate that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note there is a $6.00 handling fee on all refunds.

If your refund is approved, then we will be process your refund (minus the processing fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

In the event that you do not receive your refund, after having received confirmation from us, we kindly ask you to first reach out to your credit card company/bank account to inquire on the status of the refund. The delay may be with the credit card company/bank as it often takes some time before your refund is officially posted by them to your account. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for credit card companies/banks to fully process your refund. After having done all the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@theblushingtulip.com so that we can assist you on our end.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us at contact@theblushingtulip.com.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Additionally, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as package theft and courier logistic issues are out of our control, unfortunately.
