Changes to Your Order (for fresh florals)
If you would like to change your order, please contact us at least 7 business days prior to your event date. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a service fee to change the scheduled delivery address. In all cases, changes are not guaranteed.
Cancelling Your Order (for fresh florals)
If you would like to completely cancel your order you must do so at least 8 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date. No cancellations will be accepted within 7 business days of scheduled delivery date. To cancel an order, you can either send an email to flowers@theblushingtulip.com with the subject line CANCEL ORDER # (reference your order number) and include what you want to cancel in the body of your email. You can also call us to cancel your order. For all cancellations, we will need to speak with the person who placed the order to confirm the cancellation.
Substitution (for fresh florals)
Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers due to seasonality or other factors. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme requested in the original order, using flowers of similar value.
Right to Refuse Service
The Blushing Tulip reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
